I recently went on a road trip with one of my besties & we had dinner at this place in Pawley's Island, SC (not far from Myrtle Beach)!
Sol Cocina Mexicana is a great spot for both herbivores & omnivores :)
The food SUPER flavorful & included a couple seasonal items not listed on the menu below. The atmosphere was perfect with a lot of decorations & they make the guac right in front of you!😍

Sol Cocina Mexicana is located right off of Ocean Highway at: 12036 Ocean Hwy. Pawley's Island, SC 29585
So if you're in or near Pawley's Island, SC & looking for a great restaurant with tasty vegan options, I highly recommend checking Sol Cocina Mexicana out!
What I ordered
For the table, we shared:
Guacamole & tortillas (the guac was made right in front of us at our table😍)
& sweet plantains
For myself, I ordered:
Tacos de campo which are tacos made with fire roasted corn, chayote squash, carrots, zucchini, spinach, green peas, mushrooms and green salsa
with a side of rice
& a side of black beans
The tacos were fantastic and the rice was sooo fluffy!
