__Kale, 1 handful or 3 stalks with stem removed, ripped
__Onions, 1/2 medium sized, chopped
__Bell Peppers, 1/2 medium sized, chopped
__Chickpeas, 1 can, drained & rinsed
__Tortilla/wrap of your choice
__Garlic powder, light layer
__Turmeric, light layer
__Umami, light layer
__Salt, a pinch or 2
Optional Add-Ins
__Spread of your choice (garlic hummus used in this picture)
__Croutons
Measurement Key:
Spoonful = 1 teaspoon (tsp)
Light layer = 1/2 - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)
Medium layer = 1.5 - 2 tablespoons (tbsp)
Heavy layer = 3 - 4 tablespoons (tbsp)
How To
Step 1
Saute onions, bell peppers, and kale on medium heat for about 10 minutes
Step 2
Add seasonings (except salt) and chickpeas
Step 3
Cook for another 5 minutes
Step 4
Remove from pan, place in bowl and cover
Step 5
Place wrap on hot pan and toast for about 2 minutes on each side or until spotted brown
Step 6
Put toasted wrap on a plate, optional add-ins and cooked veggies
Step 7
Fold and Enjoy!
