Salad (Strawberry Mint)

Ingredients

Recipe inspired by nutritionstudies.com:

__Mint of your choice, 1 handful, chopped small

__Dark Leafy Green of your choice, 1 handful, chopped small

__Strawberries, 1 handful, chopped small

__Cucumbers, 1/2 of medium sized one, chopped small with skin on

__Chickpeas/ Garbanzo Beans, 1/2 of a can, drained & rinsed

__Hemp Seeds, 1 light layer

__The juice of a Lime or Lemon, 1 medium sized one, freshly squeezed

__Balsamic Vinegar, 2-3 spoonfuls

__Salt & Pepper, 1 light layer

Measurement Key:

Spoonful = 1 teaspoon (tsp)

Light layer = 1/2 - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)

Medium layer = 1.5 - 2 tablespoons (tbsp)

Heavy layer = 3 - 4 tablespoons (tbsp)

How To

Step 1

Chop all ingredients and add everything to a large mixing bowl


Step 2

Toss & mix all ingredients together


Step 3

Taste check & enjoy right away OR put in fridge for at least 30 mins for it to chill and let all flavors combine
