__Onion, 1/2 medium sized, chopped
__Bell Peppers, 2 medium sized, chopped
__Tomatoes, 2 or 3 medium sized, chopped
__Beans of your choice, 2 or 3 cans, drained and rinsed
__Garlic, 2 or 3 cloves, chopped small
__Tomato Paste, 2.5 spoonfuls or 1/2 of a small can
__Tomato Sauce, 1 can
__Cumin, medium layer
__Chili Powder, medium layer
__Paprika, light layer
__Garlic Powder, light layer
__Onion Powder, light layer
__Salt & Pepper, light layer
Optional Add-ins
__Worcestershire sauce, 2-4 spoonfuls
__Maple Syrup, 2 spoonfuls
__Hickory Smoked Salt, light layer
__Liquid Smoke, 1 spoonful
__A1 sauce, 2 spoonfuls
Plantiful Add-ins
__Squash of your choice, chopped small
__Beets, chopped small
__Carrots, chopped small

Measurement Key:
Spoonful = 1 teaspoon (tsp)
Light layer = 1/2 - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)
Medium layer = 1.5 - 2 tablespoons (tbsp)
Heavy layer = 3 - 4 tablespoons (tbsp)
How To
For stove top:
Step 1
Add onions, bell peppers, and a few splashes of broth or water to the bottom of the pot
Step 2
Cover and let simmer for about 3 minutes
Step 3
Add rest of ingredients
Step 4
Cover with lid and let simmer/cook for at least 30 minutes. Stir often
Step 5
Taste check & enjoy!
For crockpot:
Step 1
Add all ingredients to crockpot
Step 2
Carefully mix together to combine
Step 3
Set crockpot to high for at least 1 hour then reduce to low heat.
Step 4
Stir often. The longer it cooks in there, the better it turns out.
