Sandwich (Spaghetti Squash)

__Spaghetti Squash, 1 medium large, cut in half (long way)

__Roll of your choice

__Dairy-free butter of your choice

__Red sauce/marinara of your choice

__Garlic powder

__Black pepper

Optional ideas:

__cajun/ old bay seasoning


Measurement Key:

Spoonful = 1 teaspoon (tsp)

Light layer = 1/2 - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)

Medium layer = 1.5 - 2 tablespoons (tbsp)

Heavy layer = 3 - 4 tablespoons (tbsp)

How To

Step 1
Roast squash face down at 400 for about 45 minutes or until you can easily pierce through with a fork

Step 2
Let cool for 5 - 10 minutes before raking through squash with a fork

Step 3
Prepare Garlic Bun
Cut bun in half if not pre cut
Spread dairy - free butter on insides
Sprinkle garlic on top of plant butter
Toast either in oven or toaster oven until crispy

Step 4
Assemble the sandwich and top with red sauce/marinara
