Sandwich (Hot Veggie)

__Vegetables of your choice, chopped 

(broccoli, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, cauliflower)

__Vegetable broth, water, or olive oil, a dash

__Roll or bun of your choice, toasted

__Spread of your choice

(hummus, aoili, avocado, or garlic powder and dairy-free butter)

__Spices of your choice, light/medium layer of each

(garlic powder and smoked paprika)


Measurement Key:

Spoonful = 1 teaspoon (tsp)

Light layer = 1/2 - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)

Medium layer = 1.5 - 2 tablespoons (tbsp)

Heavy layer = 3 - 4 tablespoons (tbsp)

How To

Step 1

Saute chopped Veggies in broth, water, or oil on medium heat for about 10 minutes

Step 2

At least 5 minutes into cooking, add spices

Step 3

Add spread of your choice to roll or bun

Step 4

Add cooked veggies

Step 5
