Plantiful Lo Mein

__Ramen or Spaghetti Pasta, as much as you want

__Vegetables of your choice, chopped

(ex: onions, bell peppers, broccoli, green beans, asparagus, and mushrooms)

__Garlic powder, heavy layer

__Ground ginger,  medium layer

__Ground turmeric, light layer

__Brown sugar or date sugar, 1 spoonful 

__Soy sauce or liquid aminos, 4 count pour/medium layer

__Veg broth, a few spashed OR olive oil, 1 spoonful


Measurement Key:

Spoonful = 1 teaspoon (tsp)

Light layer = 1/2 - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)

Medium layer = 1.5 - 2 tablespoons (tbsp)

Heavy layer = 3 - 4 tablespoons (tbsp)

How To

Step 1
Cook all veggies on medium low with a little bit of veg broth, water, or oil

Step 2
Mix seasonings into veggies

Step 3
Cover veggies (if you want them softer) and let simmer for about 20 minutes. Stir frequently.

Step 4

Cook noodles separately in boiling water

Step 5
Get a small mixing bowl, add seasonings & soy sauce to create a sauce.

Step 6
Add cooked noodles to pan with veggies. Add sauce & stir in.

Step 7
Let sit for 2 minutes 

Step 8
Taste Check & Enjoy
