Pepper Pinwheels

__Crescent Rounds, 1 can

__Nutritional Yeast, thin layer on each strip

__Bell Pepper, 1 medium sized, sliced into strips


Measurement Key:

Spoonful = 1 teaspoon (tsp)

Light layer = 1/2 - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)

Medium layer = 1.5 - 2 tablespoons (tbsp)

Heavy layer = 3 - 4 tablespoons (tbsp)

How To

Step 1

Separate and unravel each crescent roll flat

Step 2

Sprinkle thin layer of nutritional yeast on each flat biscut

Step 3

Lay 2-3 strips of bell pepper on top

Step 4

Roll up from one end to the other, creating a pinwheel shape

Step 5

Place on a flat sheet pan

Step 6

Sprinkle a little more nutritional yeast on top of each pinwheel

Step 7

Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees fahrenheit

Step 8

Remove from oven. Best served warm & toasty!
