Ingredients

__Water, 4-6 cups
__Veggie scraps, at least 2 handfuls
__Spices of your choice (my go-to combo for this is garlic powder, onion powder, a little oregano + black pepper, + a pinch of salt when it finished cooking)
Measurement Key:
Spoonful = 1 teaspoon (tsp)
Light layer = 1/2 - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)
Medium layer = 1.5 - 2 tablespoons (tbsp)
Heavy layer = 3 - 4 tablespoons (tbsp)
How To
Step 1
Add ingredients to a large pot on medium heat
Step 2
Bring to a boil, lower the heat & let simmer for at least 2 hours
Step 3
Remove from heat, let cool for 5 minutes
Step 4
Strain twice & pour into storage containers
Step 5
Use in soups / cooking whenever necessary
