Ingredients

__Kale, 4-6 whole leaves, removed from stem
__Olive oil, about a dime size drop
__Garlic powder, thin layer
__Salt, thin layer

Measurement Key:
Spoonful = 1 teaspoon (tsp)
Light layer = 1/2 - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)
Medium layer = 1.5 - 2 tablespoons (tbsp)
Heavy layer = 3 - 4 tablespoons (tbsp)
How To
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit
Step 2
Rip up a few pieces of kale (leaving the stem out)
Step 3
Place in a large bowl
Step 4
Add garlic powder & olive oil
Step 5
Mix & Massage Kale with hands
Step 6
Spread on sheet pan (w/ parchment paper)
Step 7
Roast for 10 minutes (if cooking two pans full, switch racks after 5 minutes)
Step 8
Remove from the oven and add salt
Step 9
Taste check & enjoy!
