__Bread, Buns, or Bagels of your choice
__Onions, 1/4 chopped small
__Bell Peppers, 1/2 - 1 pepper, chopped small
__Mushrooms, handful, chopped small
__Tomatoes, small size, chopped in half or smaller
__Tomato Sauce, enough to cover bread
__Garlic granules, medium layer
__Oregano, medium layer
__Thyme, medium layer
__Rosemary, light layer
__Black pepper, light layer
__Salt, light layer at the end

Measurement Key:
Spoonful = 1 teaspoon (tsp)
Light layer = 1/2 - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)
Medium layer = 1.5 - 2 tablespoons (tbsp)
Heavy layer = 3 - 4 tablespoons (tbsp)
How To
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit
Step 2
Slice bread of your choice in half to make your crust
Step 3
Chop all vegetables, the smaller the better
Step 4
In a bowl, combine tomato sauce and spices. Mix well
Step 5
Lay bread on sheet pan lined with parchment paper
Step 6
Use a spoon to add and spread a layer of sauce on to the bread
Step 7
Add a layer of Veggies on top of sauce
Step 8
Add a light layer of each spice on top
Step 9
Bake for 10 minutes or until crispy. (typically depends how thick your bread is)
Step 10
Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy!
