Bruschetta (Vegan)

Ingredients

__Tomato (I prefer little tomatoes), 2 handfuls of small or 1 medium sized, chopped

__Basil (I prefer fresh), about 8 leaves, chopped

__Garlic or garlic powder, 1-2 cloves or medium layer

__Balsamic Vinegar, 1 spoonful

__Flax or Olive oil, 1 spoonful *optional*

__Salt & Pepper, light sprinkle

__Bread of your choice, amount depends on size & what you want


Plantiful add-ins

__Steamed beets, chopped small

__Tofu, crumbled or chopped small

__Bell peppers, chopped

Label

Measurement Key:

Spoonful = 1 teaspoon (tsp)

Light layer = 1/2 - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)

Medium layer = 1.5 - 2 tablespoons (tbsp)

Heavy layer = 3 - 4 tablespoons (tbsp)

How To

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well with a spoon & let sit


Step 2

Chop bread to your desired size


Step 3

Toast bread


Step 4

Add mixture to toasted bread pieces & Enjoy!
