
Ingredients
Recipe inspired by traditional Korean Jujube and Ginger Tea
__Dried Jujubes, 1 handful (aka Korean Dates)
__Ginger, 3-6 inch knob, sliced
__Gogi Berries, 1/4 cup
Optional Add-ins
__Amla powder (Indian gooseberry powder), 1/2v- 1 spoonful
__Cinnamon, 1/2 - 1 spoonful

Measurement Key:
Spoonful = 1 teaspoon (tsp)
Light layer = 1/2 - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)
Medium layer = 1.5 - 2 tablespoons (tbsp)
Heavy layer = 3 - 4 tablespoons (tbsp)
How To
Step 1
Boil water, jujubes and ginger for at least 20-30 minutes
Step 2
Strain water into another container and use a strainer and fork or cheese cloth to crush and juice the jujubes and ginger into the container with the water
Step 3
Add rest of ingredients to the container and let steep for at least 15 minutes
Step 4
Taste check & enjoy!
