
Ingredients

__Sweet Potato, 1-3 whole
__Cinnamon, light layer
__Salt, light layer
Plantiful add-ins
__nugmeg, very light layer
__pumpkin spice blend, very light layer
__dates, chopped, scattered on top after baking
__pomegrante seeds, 1 handful scattered on top after baking

Measurement Key:
Spoonful = 1 teaspoon (tsp)
Light layer = 1/2 - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)
Medium layer = 1.5 - 2 tablespoons (tbsp)
Heavy layer = 3 - 4 tablespoons (tbsp)
How To
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit
Step 2
Wash potatoes, remove spuds and pat dry with a towel
Step 3
Cut potatoes in half (long way/hot dog bun way)
Step 4
Lay potatoes face down on pan lined with parchment paper (for best results, use glass pan)
Step 6
Bake on middle rack for 40-50 minutes. (you may hear them sizzling/squeeling at some point, thats okay)
Step 7
Remove from oven and check to make sure they are done by carefully piercing the top with a fork. If its soft inside once you get past the skin, then its done! If you struggle to get your fork to slide through, let them cook for a few more minutes.
Step 8
Flip potaotes over and sit to cool for a few minutes.
Step 9
Sprinkle Cinnamon and a little salt on top & enjoy!
