Hair Loss Prevention and Regrowth

Alopecia, also known as hair loss, is a chronic disease where your immune system attacks your hair follicles and causes hair loss.


Similar to almost all other chronic diseases, the Standard American diet and lifestyle contributes significantly to hair loss.


Main causes of Alopecia/ hair loss are:

Genetics

Mercury (from seafood)

Increased Stress

Increase Smoking (cigarettes)

Having more kids

Unbalanced gut microbiome

Thyroid issues

History of hypertension/ high blood pressure

History of cancer

Some unregulated supplement ingredients (ie: excessive b7 aka biotin or vitamin A)


Some Wholistic remedies for Alopecia/ Hair Loss:


Oils to use topically on affected area:

Haitian or Jamaican Castor


Important note: be sure to only apply the oil 1-2 times per week. Excessive oiling will clog your hair follicles and hinder growth.

Avoid: sulfates (SLS), parabens, sodium chloride,

Diethanolamine (DEA or TEA), alcohols,

Look For: tea tree, aloe, citrus, hemp, apple cider vinegar
