__Banana, 1 mashed
__Apple, 1 sliced
__Quick oats, 1.5 cups
__Water, 1 cup
__Honey or Maple syrup, 3 spoonfuls
__Cinnamon, medium-thin layer
__Dairy-free butter, 2 spoonfuls, melted & 1 spoonful, melted
__Baking Powder, 1 spoonful
Optional Toppings:
__Peanut Butter, drizzled
__Maple Syrup or Honey, lightly drizzled
__Walnuts, crushed & sprinkled
__Pumpkin Seeds, sprinkled

Measurement Key:
Spoonful = 1 teaspoon (tsp)
Light layer = 1/2 - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)
Medium layer = 1.5 - 2 tablespoons (tbsp)
Heavy layer = 3 - 4 tablespoons (tbsp)
How To
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit
Step 2
Combine plant butter and bananas with a fork
Step 3
Add the rest of the ingredients {except for apples} and stir
Step 4
Slice apples thin/in enough slices to fill the bottom of the pan
Step 5
Line the pan with apple slices
Step 6
Drip melted plant butter on top
Step 7
Pour oatmeal mixture on top
Step 8
Bake for about 30-40 minutes or until top is golden brown
Step 9
Remove from oven, let cool & enjoy!
