You can make any salad for breakfast!
But when I think of breakfast, I tend to err on the side of sweet flavors aka lots of fruits! For extra creaminess, add avocado and/or hummus.
My favorite breakfast salad combo is: greens + fruit + cashews + avocado + a little sweet salad dressing like raspberry vinaigrette.
Spoonful = 1 teaspoon (tsp)
Light layer = 1/2 - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)
Medium layer = 1.5 - 2 tablespoons (tbsp)
Heavy layer = 3 - 4 tablespoons (tbsp)
