__Frozen Fruit, half or more of the blender cup
__Water, enough to cover the ingredients
Optional Add-ins:
__Leafy Green of your choice (spinach, kale, etc.), a handful
__Natural peanut butter/nut butter, a spoonful or two
__Honey or maple syrup, a spoonful or two
__Chia seeds or flax seeds, a spoonful or two
__Non-frozen fruit (berries, chopped apples, pears, bananas, kiwi, orange, etc.)
__Vegetables (example: steamed & cooled beets, cucumber, carrots, avocado, etc.)
Measurement Key:
Spoonful = 1 teaspoon (tsp)
Light layer = 1/2 - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)
Medium layer = 1.5 - 2 tablespoons (tbsp)
Heavy layer = 3 - 4 tablespoons (tbsp)
How To
Step 1
Add frozen fruit to blender
Step 2
Add any other "optional add-ins"
Step 3
Add water
Step 4
Blend (if not blending well, wiggle the blender cup and/or add more water)
